Bendigo On The Hop is Bendigo Beer’s flagship event. It’s one of the most unique beer festivals in Australia.
Indie brewers from all over the country come to our regional Victorian city to show their wares and are hosted by indie-beer supporting bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants across Bendigo’s beautiful CBD.

Bendigo On The Hop is a COVIDsafe event. Festival-goers should adhere to all current rules and guidance, such as when to wear masks, social distancing and venue capacity.

Bendigo Beer is a volunteer-run organisation. To make Bendigo On The Hop the success that it is, we need a few extra hands on the day.

The Hub
The Bendigo Beer Hub is the place to go for any information or questions you may have on the day.
Merchandise from Bendigo On The Hop, the breweries and Bendigo Beer will also be available from the hub.
Weather
Bendigo On The Hop is a winter beer festival. You will be walking outside between venues so please dress appropriately.
Indie Beer
All the beer on offer at Bendigo On The Hop is made by Independent Breweries.
Other Drinks
Bendigo On The Hop is a beer festival. The festival beers will be the only alcoholic beverages available for purchase from the venues throughout the day.
If you or one of your group is not normally a beer drinker, we encourage you to keep an open mind. Bendigo On The Hop is about trying new things. We’re quietly confident there’s a beer to suit everyone.
Acceptable Behaviour
Patrons are required to follow venue rules. Venues have a right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.
Please do not drink in the streets between venues. Bendigo has a restriction on drinking in the CBD streets and you may be fined.
This is an 18+ event. ID will be required when checking in.
